  • Prepare and develop detailed mechanical system designs including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other related systems.
  • Generate 2D and 3D design drawings, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
  • Perform heat load, ventilation, and energy calculations in compliance with building codes and standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, electrical designers, and contractors to ensure coordinated and clash-free designs.
  • Review and integrate design inputs from consultants and subcontractors.
  • Participate in design review meetings and provide technical input throughout project phases.
  • Provide technical assistance during construction and installation phases.
  • Review site conditions, support RFIs, and ensure design intent is maintained.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, and other relevant design software.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Familiarity with local and international design standards and codes.
  • Experience with load calculation and design software
