Position Title: Company Nurse

Work Set Up: On-Site

Schedule: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga


Quick Rundown:

We seek a certified company nurse to provide basic healthcare services, promote employee well-being, and implement health and safety programs. Responsibilities include assessing health risks, maintaining employee health records, and addressing workplace hazards. Strong emergency care skills and proactive safety planning are essential.


What You'll Do:

  • Develop strategies to ensure maximum employee work input.

  • Communicate with management on a regular basis.

  • Make sure the company is compliant with DOLE OSH Program

  • Validation of Employee Medical Certificate

  • Accommodate and transact staff's SSS Maternity and Sickness Benefit

  • Organize and assist employees with Annual Physical Exam (APE)

  • Monthly reporting of DOLE-WAIR COVID form through email

  • Assist employees relating to HMO and health administration

  • Perform other reasonable duties as required

What We're Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse

  • First Aid Training and BOSH Training is an advantage

  • Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)

  • Proactive and willing to be trained

  • Good time management and task management skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite

  • Proficient computer and technical skills

  • Able to demonstrate initiative

  • Attention to detail
