About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Company Nurse to join our dynamic team at BW SUPERBAKESHOP-ELJIN' in Tarlac City, Tarlac. As a full-time Company Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to our employees, ensuring their wellbeing and supporting our overall business objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Providing primary medical care and first aid to employees, including assessment, treatment, and referral to appropriate healthcare providers
- Administering vaccinations, conducting health screenings, and maintaining accurate medical records
- Developing and implementing health education programs to promote employee wellness and disease prevention
- Collaborating with management to identify and address workplace health and safety concerns
- Maintaining a well-stocked and organised medical facility to ensure prompt and effective response to medical emergencies
- Complying with all relevant healthcare regulations and company policies to ensure the highest standards of medical care
- Providing support and guidance to employees on personal health and wellness matters
What we're looking for
- A registered nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a company nurse or in a similar role within the healthcare industry
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of general medical and surgical nursing practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed medical records and adhering to confidentiality protocols
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, as well as emergency response procedures
