Purpose:

Provide hands-on support for day-to-day IT operations and serve as the local contact for IT needs. This role will help ensure continuity of IT services and improve response times for staff support requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Act as the local contact person for IT-related matters while the IT Manager is on leave.
  • Ensure timely response and resolution of IT service requests.
  • Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
  • Escalate complex issues to the IT Manager or external providers when needed.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Previous IT support/helpdesk experience preferred.
