Job Description

  • Must be a graduate in BS Civil Engineering
  • With or Without Licensed
  • Attention to details
  • Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop or similar software.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Willing to travel and be assigned in different sites.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Strong analytical, planning skills and Excellent problem-solving skills..
  • Good communication and written skills.
  • Knowledge of estimating techniques or experience working as QS Engineer is an advantage
  • Construction Management of Site Development, Facilities and Interior.
  • Full coordination with project consultants, contractors, suppliers, service providers and LGU during project implementation
  • Proper interpretation and implementation of construction plans in accordance with construction standards and methodology.
  • Reporting/Presentation of project status (construction accomplishment and cost
  • Scheduling and update of project construction schedule.
  • Setting standards for the project in accordance with project requirements, building codes/laws, and local government ordinances
  • Leadership in providing technical solutions and value engineering to derive an optimized project cost.
  • Estimate or cost the required project scope of work.
  • Preferred 3 Years of Experience up
  • Know How to Drive (is advantage but not required)
  • Willing to assign in different location

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Pay: Php23, Php40,000.00 per month
