Responsibilities / Qualifications:

MSP tools and requirements for L3 resource:

  • List of all technologies that require to be supported:
  • o Azure
  • Administration of cloud and hybrid environments
  • GPO policy creation and updates
  • Intune
  • Exchange administration and migration
  • AVD configuration and troubleshooting
  • Familiar with RBAC, MFA configuration and conditional access policies
  • Certificate managemento Network switches, firewalls, routers
  • Meraki
  • Aruba
  • Fortinet
  • SonicWall
  • Basic and advanced level troubleshooting
  • Creating VLANs
  • o Other tools used to support clients:
  • Backups - Veeam, Acronis, Datto
  • Patching - Automox
  • ProofPoint

o MSP tools configurationso Response times are within 15 minutes of initial ticket creation, no SLAs for resolution but should be as soon as possible

  • LogicMonitor
  • NinjaOne RMM
  • Number of Managed Services customers? Approximately 30 customers ranging in size
  • What are the response time and resolution time SLA's you are committing to your customer?
