Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead client presentations, site visits, and coordination meetings.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication to ensure client satisfaction and alignment.

Project Leadership & Coordination

  • Create, implement, and monitor detailed project timelines.
  • Coordinate between design, estimation, procurement, production, and installation teams.
  • Assign tasks, track progress, and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays.
  • Review and approve project quotations before they are presented to clients, ensuring accuracy and profitability.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet RGA's quality and technical standards.

Architectural & Technical Oversight

  • Review and approve layouts, renders, and technical drawings before client submission.
  • Provide design recommendations to improve function, aesthetics, and material efficiency.
  • Ensure all work complies with local building codes and industry best practices.

On-Site & Quality Supervision

  • Conduct site inspections during production and installation to check accuracy and quality.
  • Oversee final punch-list completion and project turnover.
  • Ensure projects are delivered according to approved plans and specifications.
