AU Personal Assistant (Remote)Background
- We're PeoplePartners, and we're on the hunt for an organizational genius to act as the Personal Assistant to support one of our amazing Australian clients. If colour-coded calendars, seamless travel bookings, and being the glue that keeps everything running sounds like your vibe—read on.
- As the AU Personal Assistant, you'll be the Director's right hand. From scheduling to minutes to making sure everyone does what they said they would—you'll keep things moving, on time and on point.
- Diary management, scheduling and rescheduling like a boss.
- Attending meetings and crafting clear, action-focused minutes.
- Following up with stakeholders to ensure action items get done.
- Booking travel and coordinating events (yes, some fun stuff).
- Providing general admin support to the Director and Senior Leadership Team.
- You're one of those people who always knows what's happening, when, and with whom.
- Your written and verbal communication is polished but approachable.
- You love a checklist and get a small thrill from crossing things off it.
- You're professional but not precious—down-to-earth and proactive.
- You've supported senior leaders or execs in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with tools like Outlook, ClickUp or , and AI note-takers.
- You've coordinated meetings, travel, and admin like a seasoned pro.
- You like laughing (even at work).
- You enjoy clear expectations and autonomy to get things done.

- Monday to Friday ; Day-Shift (AEST.
- Remote-first (based in the Philippines).
- Occasional support may be needed outside core hours—nothing wild
