Southwestern University Medical Center is looking for Purchasing Assistant- Reliever

  • Assist Purchasing Coordinator in supplies canvassing and negotiation
  • Assist Purchasing Coordinator on the PR and PO's clarifications to requesting departments
  • Assist Purchasing Coordinator on the delivery of goods and services of all items indicated in PO
  • Maintain records of Suppliers Accreditation
  • Maintain records of Suppliers Evaluation every end of the fiscal year and give report to Purchasing Coordinator
  • Manage sending out of purchasing documents or items
  • Prepare and submit PR/PO Monitoring Status report monthly
  • Prepare and request CDR's. Ensures that all payments are supported with complete documents; PO accounting copy, SI/DR, RR, CON, Cert. of Completion (if necessary)
  • Analyze all vendor invoices and evaluate it with all quantity received versus the PO
  • Monitor and follow up payments to Suppliers
  • Monitor and follow up GSD for submission of Receiving Report
  • File purchasing documents properly

Job Qualifications:

  • A graduate of relevant course in Business or Finance
  • Relevant experience in purchasing is preferred but not required
  • With high attention to details and organization
  • With good work ethics and customer service
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
