The Loyalty Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and loyalty programs. This role plays a key part in driving customer engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction through data-driven initiatives and personalized experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or any related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in CRM, loyalty program management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM, loyalty program management, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with CRM and loyalty program tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
