About the role As a Customer Retention Specialist at topbet tech corp,., you will play a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with our valued customers. Responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to retain and grow our customer base, this full‑time position is based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila.
