Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Designer located in Ortigas, Pasig. The Project Designer will be responsible for developing construction drawings, creating and reviewing submittals, and implementing space planning solutions. Daily tasks include collaborating with the architecture and project management teams to ensure designs align with client requirements and project objectives. The role involves ensuring design accuracy and compliance with construction standards while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of related experience in project designing
  • Worked with an architectural firm or in real estate
  • Minimum 7 years of experience using
    Revit
  • At least 2 years' experience in
    Multifamily projects (200+ units)
  • Experience in
    exterior wood-frame designs
  • Ability to work independently
