Position Overview: We are hiring an Office Assistant for our Boracay location to help with day-to-day office and admin tasks. This role also requires someone with a working knowledge of accounting or finance processes, though a CPA license is not required. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable handling basic financial records while supporting operations on the ground.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site administrative and operational support to the Boracay office
  • Encode and monitor daily expenses, cash advances, and reimbursements
  • Maintain accurate records of receipts and petty cash
  • Coordinate with the Finance team on document submissions and reporting
  • Assist in preparing basic financial summaries or liquidation reports
  • Manage office supplies and assist in purchasing needs
  • Help coordinate logistics for staff, vendors, or events
  • Act as a liaison with local suppliers or government offices when needed
  • Ensure the office is running smoothly and support other tasks as required'
  • Track inventory (e.g., helmets, tents, giveaways) and monitor transfers between manila and boracay, ensuring accurate records
  • Update and maintain inventory logs in google sheets, accessible to both offices in real time
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, whether communicated verbally or in writing, to support the efficient operation of the department.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of administrative or office-based work experience
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping processes
  • Graduate of any business-related course (Accounting or Finance background is a plus)
  • Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and basic office tools
  • Can work independently, with strong attention to detail and integrity
  • Based in Boracay or willing to relocate
