Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings across various ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify).
  • Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and order fulfillment status.
  • Handle customer inquiries, disputes, and concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Create and manage content placements to boost sales and brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth ecommerce operations.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to ecommerce markets.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend effective product or promotional solutions.
  • Support in managing affiliate and collaboration activities to drive traffic and sales.
  • Coordinate with content creators or affiliate partners for product promotions.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and assist in simple campaign execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • With at least 1 year of experience in ecommerce or online selling.
  • Proficient in ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify).
  • Knowledge or familiarity with affiliate marketing concepts and working with influencers or content creators is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in MS Office tools, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well with a team.
  • Preferably can start ASAP.
