This is a remote position.

About the role

Supports the broker by managing loan applications from document collection through to settlement. Handles client communication, compliance documentation, and basic loan servicing while tracking progress in SalesTrekker CRM. Coordinates with clients, lenders, and third parties, ensuring smooth processing and timely updates.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

You'll be my right hand — helping me keep everything on track so we can give our clients the best possible experience. Your daily work will include:


• Providing end-to-end admin support for loan applications — from document collection to settlement


• Staying on top of the Outlook inbox and calendar, flagging anything urgent and keeping tasks moving


• Communicating directly with clients — requesting documents, following up, and providing updates


• Assisting with pricing reviews and supporting retention strategies for existing clients


• Preparing and managing compliance documents with accuracy and attention to detail


• Performing basic PAYG income servicing and helping with simple loan structuring


• Managing files and tracking progress in SalesTrekker CRM


• Staying across lender policy updates and notifying the broker when changes are relevant


• Acting as a reliable communication bridge between the broker, clients, lenders, and third parties

Requirements

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years AU Loan Mortgage experience
  • Trustworthy and self-motivated — the broker is based overseas, so this role requires reliability without direct supervision
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and online platforms
  • Experienced with loan documentation, PAYG servicing, and CRM tools like SalesTrekker
  • Bonus: You understand Australian lender policies and can assist with product selection based on client need
  • Independent and proactive — you're comfortable working solo and managing your own workflow
  • A clear and confident communicator — you can speak and write professionally in English
  • Detail-oriented and organised — especially when it comes to compliance and paperwork
  • Motivated to learn — you're curious, eager to build your knowledge, and open to training
