Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensing Officer, based in Makati with some work-from-home options available. The Licensing Officer will be responsible for managing licensing processes, ensuring compliance with legislation, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include conducting research on licensing requirements, preparing necessary documentation, and facilitating communication with relevant regulatory bodies and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Licensing and Legislation knowledge
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Research skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field is beneficial
  • Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
  • with courses taken on Project Management and Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Preferred with IT/developer experience/background
