Proficiency in explaining complex warehouse and e-commerce operations in a clear and understandable manner. Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous experience in a functional solutioning and customer-facing role, such as training and customer onboarding.

Familiarity with warehouse and e-commerce SaaS products, Channel Management, Marketplace, and Webstore operations is a plus. Flexibility to adapt training approaches based on customer needs and learning styles. Ability to fluently communicate and write in both English and Thai.
