Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365 Supply Chain

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Consultant with extensive experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Sales Team to determine possible solutions to customer requirements and challenges.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Sales Team in responding to RFPs, specifically for functional requirements or questions.
  2. Collaborate with the Sales Team to lead Sales Discovery sessions and identify business scenarios relevant to the customer.
  3. Configure D365 for Order Management, Item Management, Inventory, Master Planning, Warehousing, Procurement, Vendor Management, Vendor Portal, and Manufacturing to support business scenarios and test the configured processes.
  4. Deliver solution demonstrations and presentations using PowerPoint and live system walkthroughs.
  5. Document proposed Solution Overview, including possible integrations, based on RFP and information gathered during Discovery sessions.
  6. Write design documents for customizations and reports for D365, capturing boundary conditions and including comprehensive test scenarios.
  7. Review design documents, data mapping, and integration mapping written by other team members.
  8. Lead Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and training for D365 and associated systems to clients and team members.
  9. Conduct one training session at Unify University annually.
  10. Write 2-3 D365 SCM functional blog articles per year for the company blog.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and Dynamics AX2012R3
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, and Master Planning
  • Conversational skills in English
