SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably a graduate of B.S. Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE)
  • With proven experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) and Controls (commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, or related)
  • Previous Controls/Automation experience is a strong advantage
  • Must be able to operate a vehicle using a seat belt safely and legally
  • Must be able to wear helmets, safety goggles, fall protection harness, and safety boots to safely perform job duties
  • Must be physically fit to handle lifting (up to 40 lbs. frequently), climbing ladders, kneeling, and working in confined access areas
  • Comfortable working at heights (15'–20' routinely; occasionally up to 50'+) and exposed to variable environmental conditions (weather, noise, electrical risk, moving equipment)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead and support projects involving Building Management Systems (BMS) and Controls
  • Assist in converting client BMS functional specifications into operational systems
  • Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, plumbing plans and wiring diagrams
  • Responsible for commissioning, end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and servicing of assigned BMS projects
  • Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and verification of BMS sensors
  • Document point-to-point verification, sequence of operations validation, and job close-out requirements
  • Supervise subcontractors to ensure safe and complete execution of works
  • Respond to client requests and resolve issues promptly
  • Coordinate with superiors and customers for installation and repair requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all specified quality and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards
  • Uphold safety protocols and maintain accountability of company assets
  • Display teamwork and flexibility by working overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays/holidays as required
  • Participate in rotation schedules for standby support

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
