Job Summary:

The Project In-Charge is responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day construction activities on site. This role ensures that the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor site operations, manpower, equipment, and materials.
  • Implement project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare daily and weekly project progress reports.
  • Manage project documentation including permits, drawings, and records.
  • Address site issues and provide immediate solutions to avoid delays.
  • Support the Project Manager in cost control, resource allocation, and client coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (PRC License an advantage).
  • With at least 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction project supervision.
  • Strong knowledge in vertical and/or horizontal construction projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Willing to be assigned to project sites and work extended hours if needed.
