BASIC FUNCTION:

The Medical Concierge Manager acts as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and facilities, ensuring that patients receive coordinated and comprehensive medical care. This role involves managing patient relations, scheduling, communication, and support to optimize healthcare delivery and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Coordination and Support:

*Assist patients in scheduling medical appointments, treatments, and follow-up care.

*Provide information on healthcare services, including options for diagnostics, treatment plans, and specialist referrals.

*Address patient inquiries and concerns, offering personalized assistance and guidance.

Healthcare Navigation:

*Facilitate the navigation of healthcare systems and processes, ensuring patients understand and access necessary medical services.

*Coordinate with healthcare providers to arrange consultations, diagnostics, and treatment plans.

*Manage patient records and ensure accurate and timely communication between all parties involved.

Administrative Management:

*Oversee administrative tasks, including managing patient files, billing, and insurance claims.

*Maintain and update patient databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

*Develop and implement procedures to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Service Quality Improvement:

*Monitor patient feedback and satisfaction to identify areas for service improvement.

*Implement patient care strategies that align with best practices and organizational standards.

*Conduct regular assessments of service delivery and make recommendations for enhancements.

Team Leadership:

*Supervise and train staff involved in patient support and concierge services.

*Ensure that team members deliver high-quality, compassionate care and support to patients.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.

*At least 5 years of experience in healthcare management, patient services, or a similar role.

Skills:

*Strong understanding of healthcare systems and patient care processes.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Proficiency in administrative software and patient management systems.

*Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

*Leadership and team management capabilities.
