About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Head Concierge to oversee and manage all front-of-house operations and concierge services for a premier, high-rise luxury condominium located in Mandaluyong. The Head Concierge is the primary representative of the condominium's management to residents and guests, responsible for ensuring an exceptional level of personalized service, security, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The Head Concierge will lead the concierge team and manage the lobby operations, focusing on the following areas:

Team Leadership & Management

  • Supervise, train, and mentor the entire concierge and front desk staff, ensuring consistent adherence to service standards and procedures.
  • Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage 24/7.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment.

Resident Services & Relations

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all resident inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  • Coordinate and manage all service requests (e.g., package delivery, dry cleaning, transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations) and maintain logs.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of local services, amenities, and attractions in Mandaluyong and Metro Manila.
  • Facilitate move-in and move-out procedures and maintain accurate resident information databases.

Operations & Security

  • Oversee the main lobby and common areas, ensuring they are always pristine, presentable, and welcoming.
  • Manage the access control system for residents, guests, and vendors, strictly enforcing condominium security policies.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and coordinate with security personnel to ensure the safety and security of all residents and property.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all front desk and concierge functions.
  • Manage the key control system for the building.

Administration & Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on resident requests, security incidents, package logs, and staff performance for the Property Manager.
  • Assist the Property Management Office with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Manage and track the concierge budget for supplies and operational needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within high-end hospitality, hotel front office, or luxury residential property management.
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Tagalog is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with property management or hospitality software (e.g., building management systems).
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and complex resident issues with poise and discretion.
  • A keen eye for detail and presentation.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
