Responsibilities:

· Responsible for hitting the set target output of each machine and continual improvements to increase production output.

· Responsible for general production operation like implementation of Company's Code of Conduct (COC) and Set Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP)

· Responsible for general housekeeping and continual improvement activities.

· Responsible for reallocating tasks or rescheduling production, when necessary.

· Responsible for having an ability to make immediate decisions and time for mature reflection and critical moments.

· Responsible for production plant or equipment efficiency, especially when taking technical decisions on a regular basis, whereas in others they may call upon maintenance or other technical staff for backup when necessary.

· Conducts Quality Meetings with all key persons in each department/section to discuss quality issues and programs.

· Secure the machine functionality and maintain the machine to the utmost condition.

Job Qualifications:

· Candidate must have Bachelor's degree in: Mechanical Engineering (ME), Electrical Engineering (EE), Industrial Engineering (IE), Electronics Engineering (ECE)

· Licensed engineer is a plus

· With atleast 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or packaging or related industry

· Willing to work on extended hours and/or shifting assignments.
