Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Test Manager.
  • Advanced knowledge of Software Testing theories and practices
  • Advanced knowledge of computers
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Leadership
  • Knowledgeable in HPQC.
  • Knowledgeable in waterfall and agile methodology
  • Can handle multiple projects and lead the testing team.
  • Can handle pressure from business and stakeholder.
  • Can handle pressure to deliver projects with not enough resources, low budget and not enough time.

Job Description


• Responsible for creating Test Strategy for the support functions inclusive of Defect Management, NFT, Automation & Test Tool, as well as overall Planning and estimates for the needed resources for testing efforts

• Responsible for making sure that testing scope are correct by aligning requirements with business stakeholders / project team

• Oversees execution and completion of End-to-end Test Activities. Ensure QA standards are enforced on all projects

• Prepares and executes Testing Kick-off

• Reviews and approves Test Execution Plans for End-to-End Testing

• Ensures Traceability from Requirements

• Facilitates test readiness and coordinates with Test Environment readiness for End-to-End Testing

• Ensures issuance of Test Completion Certificate for End-to-End Testing

• Prepares Test Closeout Report at the end of Testing Activities.

• Responsible for creating reports for senior managers for progress and issue


• Train, coach and mentor QA members
