Senior Automation Associate, Commercial and Investment Banking

As a Senior Automation Associate within Commercial and Investment Banking, you will be part of the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Development and Implementation where you will be required to conduct and manage advanced intelligent automation and business analysis.

You will execute, and implement automation and the digitization strategy to deliver the outcomes of automation to support the Operations function. Job responsibilities:Design and deploy Robotic Process Automation systems to streamline repetitive and manual business tasks, significantly boosting operational efficiency. Conduct thorough data analysis and business process workflow examinations, utilizing strong analytical skills to understand and optimize operations across Securities Services.

Apply Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies to enhance process automation, predictive analytics, and customer interactions, ensuring cutting-edge solutions are in place. Work closely with stakeholders from various departments to identify and prioritize opportunities for automation, ensuring these initiatives align with broader business objectives. Manage the entire lifecycle of automation projects, from requirement gathering and system design to deployment and ongoing maintenance, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.

Lead training sessions and mentorship programs focusing on automation, AI/ML, and data analysis to build internal capabilities and foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Oversee transformation projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels about progress and milestones, and demonstrate the business value of digital initiatives through regular showcases and updates. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Professional Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation, data analysis, and AI, showcasing a proven track record in deploying successful projects. Expertise in RPA Tools:Profound knowledge and hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Pega, and Python, demonstrating high proficiency in automating complex business processes. Data Analysis Proficiency:Strong expertise in data transformation and analysis tools like Alteryx and Tableau, enabling insightful business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.

AI/ML/LLM Knowledge:Well-versed in the applications, developments, APIs, and integrations related to AI, ML, and Large Language Models, contributing to advanced automation and analytics solutions. Analytical and
