Job Opportunity: Lead Generation Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to support our executive search projects in the financial services sector.

The role involves identifying, researching, and qualifying potential candidates and business development leads with a focus on investment banking, asset management, wealth management, and private/public investment.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in recruitment research or lead generation within professional services and understands the structures, roles, and terminology of financial services.

  • Conduct targeted lead generation for executive search assignments in financial services
  • Build and maintain structured market maps of banks, asset managers, and investment firms
  • Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, databases, and other research tools
  • Pre-qualify candidate leads against role criteria (seniority, functional expertise, sector exposure)
  • Support business development by identifying prospective client leads within relevant financial institutions
  • Prepare accurate, well-structured candidate and company profiles for the consultant team
  • Maintain data hygiene and reporting standards within our CRM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential candidates and business development leads in the financial services sector
  • Research and qualify candidates using LinkedIn, databases, and other research tools
  • Build and maintain structured market maps of financial institutions
  • Support business development by identifying prospective client leads

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior lead generation or recruitment research experience (executive search, recruitment agency sourcing, market research firm, or similar)
  • Familiarity with financial services sector — specifically investment banking, wealth/asset management, or investment firms
  • Strong understanding of organizational structures in banks, asset managers, and investment firms
  • Strong online research, data mining, and LinkedIn Recruiter experience
