We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring product quality, optimizing efficiency, and leading a team of production staff to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage daily production operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Oversee the allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure all production activities comply with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Coordinate closely with other departments including Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
  • Monitor production performance and prepare regular operational reports.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate production team members to maintain high performance.
  • Enforce company policies and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a production management or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge in lean manufacturing, production planning, and quality systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and production management systems/software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
