About the role

Rising Tide Digital, Inc.' is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of our technology solutions. This is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila (full onsite).What you'll be doing

Gather and analyse business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges

Translate business requirements into detailed, functional specifications that can be used by our development team

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and designers, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions

Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations

Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback to the development team

Document and maintain detailed project artefacts, including process flows, user stories, and system documentation

Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilise the implemented solutions

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify creative solutions

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into business-friendly language

Familiarity with business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as process mapping, user stories, and data modelling

Proficient in using MS Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and VisioExperience in Agile project management methodologies is preferred
