Reports to: School Director / Center Manager

Location: 3/F Philippine Medical Depot, National Bookstore Building, Quezon Ave. cor Sct Borromeo, Diliman, 1113 Quezon City, Philippines.

Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to promote ICAHST's TESDA-accredited and non-TESDA programs. This role involves building relationships with clients, companies, schools and communities to increase brand awareness and enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Promotion

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote TESDA-accredited qualifications and non-TESDA training programs.
  • Plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns outside the office location.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with community organizations for publicity, promotions, and outreach initiatives.

Sales & Client Relations

  • Establish partnerships with schools, LGUs, and private organizations for training and assessment collaborations.
  • Conduct school and company orientations, career talks, and program presentations.
  • Develop and maintain an updated database of clients, prospects, and partner institutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure consistent follow-up with potential trainees and partners.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare and submit monthly sales and marketing reports to the School Director or Center Manager.
  • Collaborate closely with the training, assessment, and administrative teams to align marketing efforts with program schedules and organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales and enrollment targets.
  • Creative, results-oriented, and customer-focused individual.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with TESDA programs, assessment procedures, and requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or basic design tools (e.g., Canva).
