We are from LND Sign corp and we are looking for the best in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, including troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of equipment or systems.
  • Collaborate with the project, design, and production teams to ensure technical requirements are met during installation and commissioning.
  • Conduct product testing, quality checks, and system calibration to guarantee performance and reliability.
  • Train clients and internal staff on the proper use, maintenance, and safety procedures of products.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and service records for each client project.
  • Assist in product development by providing feedback from field performance and customer concerns.
  • Respond promptly to service requests, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new technologies, tools, and practices relevant to the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or equivalent technical background.
  • Proven experience in technical service, field engineering, or related roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, technical drawings, and schematics.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
