About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Health & Safety Administrative Assistant to support a niche safety and compliance function for an international client. This role focuses on maintaining documentation, supporting management systems, and ensuring accurate reporting in line with global health and safety standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable working virtually and can quickly adapt to UK/USA/AUS-based operational standards.

What you'll do

• Maintain and update Risk Assessments, COSHH Assessments, and other SHE-related documentation.
• Support the continual improvement and administration of ISO management systems, including ISO 45001, 9001, and 14001.
• Maintain and monitor internal trackers for audits, inspections, training, incidents, and action close-outs.
• Record and track Toolbox Talks, Safety Alerts, and Lessons Learned from internal and client operations.
• Manage and file SHE communications, inspection reports, and supporting evidence for compliance and audits.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries to support management reviews and client reporting.

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of experience in Health & Safety administration, compliance, or related roles.
• Preferred Health and Safety accreditation including IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, or SMSTS would be beneficial.
• Experience supporting or contributing to SHE documentation and management systems would be an advantage.
• Strong computer literacy, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general IT systems.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in a UK/USA/AUS operational environment is highly desirable.
