Project Documentation Assistant

JOB SUMMARY:
Perform a variety of tasks such as collating of requirements for due diligence and completion of documents for acquisition, review title for any encumbrance, plotting of technical descriptions per title for close polygon. Maintain an updated monitoring of newly acquired lots including payment of earnest money and installments.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of Civil Engineering
- Preferably with at least one (1) year work-related experience in the real estate industry
- With basic computer skills, especially AutoCAD
- With excellent communication and human relation skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collate all requirements for due diligence including: certified true copy of present title and tax declaration, traceback of title until October, 1st and 2nd traceback of tax declaration, certificate of no improvement, certificate of land holdings, photocopy of real estate tax or tax clearance, photocopy of DOAS, contract to sell and other related documents.
- Review title for any liens encumbrances prior to transfer of titles.
- Plot the technical descriptions per title for closure of polygon.
- Prepare vicinity and location maps.
- Coordinate with Legal Department for legal documents for acquisition including deed of absolute sale, extra-judicial settlement, conditional sale, special power of attorney and other related documents.
- Maintain an updated monitoring of newly acquired lots including payment of earnest money and installments.
- Coordinate with seller for necessary documents for compliance.
- Ensure a copy (AutoCAD, hard copy – signed and sealed by GE) of relocation and topographic surveys.
- Prepare Accomplished Monthly Report.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
