Job Description:

The Sales Associate is responsible for promoting and selling fragrance products while ensuring customers enjoy a positive shopping experience. This role focuses on providing excellent service, assisting customers in product selection, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in choosing suitable fragrances.
  • Provide product information and recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Maintain organized and attractive product displays.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Process sales transactions accurately.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or college level.
  • Experience in sales or retail is an advantage but not required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, approachable, and customer service-oriented.
  • Flexible and willing to work in a retail environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
