Job Title: Attorney – Demand Letter Drafter (Full-Time, On-Site)

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City | Office-based | Night Shift (12 AM – 9 AM MNL Time)

About the Role:

A U.S.-based employment law firm is expanding its operations in the Philippines and is seeking a licensed Attorney or experienced legal professional to join our in-house team as a Demand Letter Drafter. The role focuses on drafting employment law demand letters for cases involving wrongful termination, wage disputes, harassment, and retaliation. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking for consistent, full-time legal work with growth potential in a U.S.-oriented legal practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft 10–15 high-quality demand letters daily using provided legal templates and case data
  • Review and analyze client case details and documentation
  • Accurately present facts, timelines, and legal arguments in persuasive written format
  • Incorporate attorney feedback and edits as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with all client information

Qualifications:

  • Philippine Licensed Attorney or legal professional with strong writing experience
  • Exceptional English writing and grammar skills
  • Experience in drafting demand letters or pleadings preferred
  • Strong comprehension and analytical skills
  • Able to work full-time, night shift, and on-site in Ortigas

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with U.S. employment law or working with U.S.-based law firms
  • Familiarity with employment-related claims and legal documentation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment

Compensation & Benefits:

  • PHP 50,000 – 85,000/month (depending on experience and qualifications)
