About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Demand Planner & Procurement Officer to support our Replenishment Manager and Replenishment team. This is a fully remote role based in the Philippines, ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, forecasting, and supplier management to keep stock flowing smoothly across multiple countries and vendors.

In this role, you'll manage demand planning tasks such as inventory forecasting and reporting, while also taking ownership of procurement responsibilities including placing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with suppliers. You'll play a key role in ensuring stock is ordered on time, arrives as expected, and supports smarter supply chain decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Data Management & Analysis

  • Prepare, analyze, and evaluate data for inventory management
  • Review historical trends for procurement and inventory planning
  • Apply statistical knowledge and data modeling to provide high-quality information
  • Update and report Weeks of Supply (WOS) per SKU/vendor
  • Present accurate and complete reports, findings, and recommendations for supply planning

Procurement & Order Management

  • Place purchase orders with suppliers and track inbound shipments (ETD, ETA, quantity, price, etc.)
  • Review open POs and align with forecast and production timelines
  • Validate PO and invoice pricing against history
  • Report stock ordered and inbound by quantity/value per vendor, category, and country
  • Support clearance processes and prepare arrival documentation
  • Attend monthly procurement review meetings

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Compare forecasts with actual sales and flag stock/sales/customer allocation variances
  • Update the Demand Plan with actual consumption data
  • Report vendor spend and shipment status
  • Coordinate with warehouses and procurement teams to align allocations and timelines
  • Compare finance consumption projections with sales history

About You

  • Experience in demand planning, supply chain, or data analysis roles
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable handling large data sets
  • Strong attention to detail and a knack for spotting trends or variances
  • Clear communicator who can work independently in a remote setting
  • Background in FMCG or manufacturing
