Job description:

Responsibilities

Lead a Creative Team:

  • Inspire and mentor copywriters, designers, animators, editors, and UX/UI designers.
  • Provide creative direction to ensure high-quality, on-brand work that meets client objectives.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Drive Creativity:

  • Develop breakthrough ideas and concepts that push creative boundaries.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, consumer insights, and emerging technologies.

Manage Team Members:

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for professional development and growth.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Make independent decisions that protect client values and company integrity.

Manage and Plan Production:

  • Oversee the end-to-end production process, from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers, account executives, and stakeholders to allocate resources efficiently.

Oversee Client Pitches & Proposals:

  • Lead creative development for pitches and presentations.
  • Translate client briefs into compelling proposals with strong strategic and creative vision.
  • Present campaign strategies persuasively to clients, refining ideas based on feedback.

Promote Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Implement best practices to optimize productivity and work quality.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, or similar leadership role in advertising or marketing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative, high-impact campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital trends, and emerging creative tools.
