Job description:

The Project Architect uses software to convert the designs into technical drawings and plans. The employee gains an understanding of the scope and requirements of a project. Using both manual drawings and computer-based applications, such as computer-assisted drafting, the employee creates two-and three-dimensional renderings of the finished project

Job Description:

  • Preparing As-Built drawings of Prospect showrooms and producing Initial layout using 2d and 3d softwares.
  • Conceptualize and create innovative and effective designs for a variety of projects from idea/concept to execution
  • Estimates and prepares cost analysis of construction projects
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Manage budget for the project, including filing, requesting and liquidating of the needed budget
  • Assists in the supervision of construction sites to ensure full implementation of all installation jobs according to Project plan, specifications and schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal/external team members on project deadlines and workflow milestones
  • Prepare plans and assist Area Sales Managers in securing required building permits needed before construction
  • Performs other related duties assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.

Job Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of BS Architecture
  • Must be proficient/skilled in using AutoCAD Sketch up and/or other design software, and in Microsoft Office Softwares
  • Strong attention to technical details and ability to handle a number of projects
  • Must be willing to work in Las Piñas
  • Can travel alone or drive to project sites to obtain site documentation and assessment when necessary
  • Experience in related field is an advantage
  • Preferably with Driver's License
