Job Summary:

The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle. This role ensures that construction and development projects are completed within the approved budget and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents
  • Evaluate project budgets and control costs during construction phases
  • Assess and certify contractor progress claims and variations
  • Conduct site visits to verify work progress and compliance
  • Analyze project risks and propose cost-effective solutions
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers for accurate cost tracking
  • Prepare final accounts and ensure proper documentation of financial records

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any Engineering-related discipline
  • Preferably with experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or construction project management
  • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and cost estimation software
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Can start immediately and willing to attend onsite final interview
  • Willing to work in a compressed time Monday to Thursday 8am -7pm and Friday -8am to 5pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php28,000.00 per month
