About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant & Operations Support to join our client. This role will be instrumental in managing administrative tasks, supporting operations, and ensuring smooth communication within the team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of executive support and operational experience, with a strong emphasis on initiative and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Inbox and Calendar Management: Oversee and manage the CEO's inbox and calendar, ensuring timely follow-ups and scheduling of meetings.
  • CRM Management: Assist in managing our CRM system, including data entry, follow-ups, and ensuring all information is accurately maintained within Notion.
  • Documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Collaborate with the team to document and refine SOPs for various processes, including client onboarding and internal operations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling, and preparing pitch decks and outreach materials.
  • New Hire and Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and clients, ensuring all necessary documentation and setups are completed efficiently.

Competencies And Qualifications
Must-Have

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an executive assistant or operations support capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and familiarity with Notion or similar CRM platforms.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in improving processes.
  • Experience in a marketing or digital agency environment is a plus, but not required.
