Job Description: Website Designer / Full-Stack Developer

Position: Full-Time Website Designer / Full-Stack Developer

Location: Remote Compensation: ₱40,000 - ₱50,000 / Month

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Website Designer / Full-Stack Developer to join our team full-time. The role begins with a high-priority project: building three reusable website templates that can be efficiently customized and launched for multiple client websites.

After completing the templates, this individual will become the go-to team member for ongoing website maintenance, improvements, and new development projects across both client and company websites.

This is a long-term role for someone who enjoys both designing attractive, user-friendly websites and handling the technical side of development and maintenance.

This Role does require a background check.

Key Responsibilities

Initial Project (Priority)

• Design and develop three professional, reusable website templates that are:
• Fully responsive and mobile-optimized
• Easy to customize for multiple industries
• Optimized for SEO, performance, and conversions

Ongoing Responsibilities

• Template Deployment

• Use the pre-built templates to quickly launch and customize new client websites.

• Website Maintenance

• Manage updates, bug fixes, plugin/feature updates, and performance optimizations.

• Monitor site speed, hosting environments, and site security.

• Development & Integrations

• Implement new features and integrations as business needs grow (e.g., CRMs, e-commerce, membership platforms, automation tools).

• Collaborate with the marketing team to build landing pages, funnels, and promotional microsites.

• Support

• Serve as the point of contact for all website-related issues.
• Provide creative and technical solutions for both internal and client-facing projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in both website design and full-stack development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks (React, Vue, or similar).
• Familiarity with back-end: PHP, , or WordPress development.
• Experience building reusable templates, themes, or frameworks.
• Understanding of SEO, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
• Comfortable managing hosting, domains, and deployment workflows.
• Ability to balance creative design with technical precision.

Preferred Skills

• CMS expertise: WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with automation/integration tools (Zapier, Integromat, GoHighLevel, etc.).
• Graphic/UI design skills (Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
• Experience with SaaS, subscription sites, or membership platforms.
