- Reporting to: Finance Manager, HGM
- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
- Work schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM AEST / 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM PHT
- Salary: ₱80, ₱95,000.00 per month

What You'll Be Doing
As a Management Accountant reporting to an Australia-based manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the financial health and growth of the business. Working closely with Account Managers, the General Manager, and the Finance Manager, you'll deliver accurate reporting, valuable insights, and forward-looking forecasts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and cash flow forecasts
- Present results at management meetings
- Complete balance sheet and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and lodge BAS/IAS returns
- Act as the main contact for external auditors
- Collaborate with Commercial Managers on budgets and forecasts
- Provide AP and AR support or supervision as needed
- Contribute to finance process improvements and reporting enhancements
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in Australian accounting and reporting.
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CA/CPA preferred).
- Strong experience in management accounting, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Experience with diverse revenue streams such as memberships, events, or advertising (desirable).
- Sage Intacct experience (highly desirable).
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
- Proactive, autonomous, and motivated by continuous improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
