Job Summary:

We are looking for a 3D Printer Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain various 3D printers (FDM, SLA). The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing parts inventory, processing warranty claims, and providing customer support. You will also educate customers on proper printer usage and stay updated on the latest 3D printing technologies. Strong technical skills and communication are key to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair various 3D printers, including FDM, SLA, and other technologies.
  • Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and part replacements to ensure proper printer functionality.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Maintain accurate service records and logs for each printer repair.
  • Manage stock levels of warranty parts, ensuring necessary components are always available.
  • Process and file warranty claims with manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Keep detailed records of warranty claims, part replacements, and resolutions.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting printer issues and provide technical guidance.
  • Offer aftersales support via phone, email, or in-person consultations.
  • Educate customers on proper printer usage, maintenance, and best practices.
  • Provide recommendations on the best 3D printer based on customer needs and applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest 3D printing technologies and industry advancements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with 3D printers (FDM, SLA, etc.).
  • A degree in Engineering disciplines like mechanical, chemical, or manufacturing or a related field; technical certification is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of 3D printer maintenance and repair techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage parts inventory and process warranty claims.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to educate and assist customers on 3D printing technology.
  • A background in a technical field or related industry is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
