What You'll Do in This Role

Be part of our client's team as an Intermediate Draft Technician, where you'll design and refine architectural packages, perform quality assurance, and deliver accurate digital models. You'll work with advanced tools like Revit and proprietary drafting software to support real estate and construction projects worldwide.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM software
• Ability to develop and prepare detailed floor plan drawings with precision
• Skill in performing quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
• Solid understanding of drafting principles and practices through engineering-related experience
• Keen attention to detail to produce accurate and high-quality outputs
• Strong self-motivation to work independently and meet deadlines
• Effective problem-solving skills to address drafting or software issues
• Proficiency in organizing and managing drafting tasks efficiently
• Flexibility to work with different CAD software and adapt to various project requirements

Your Key Responsibilities

Drafting & Quality Assurance

• Create architectural floor plan packages using Autodesk Revit for architecture, construction, and engineering clients
• Oversee quality assurance for drafting work to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
• Create DWG floor plans, RVT models, and 3D isometric models for various clients
• Produce iGUIDE floor plans using proprietary Draft software
• Generate ESX floor plan sketches using Xactimate for insurance restoration claims

Collaboration & Reporting

• Address and report production issues to the iGUIDE Drafting Shift Leader
• Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives

Additional Contributions

• Support tasks outside of drafting such as AI annotations, marketing research, and case studies
• Maintain and achieve KPI targets through effective strategies and daily operations
• Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring flexibility and team support
