About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team in the food industry. The role is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and implementing effective in-store displays and merchandising strategies that enhance customer experience, highlight product quality, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and execute visual merchandising strategies aligned with the company's brand identity and marketing campaigns.
  • Design and set up window displays, in-store layouts, and promotional areas to maximize product visibility and appeal.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure product launches and campaigns are visually impactful.
  • Develop planograms and display guidelines for retail outlets and ensure compliance across all branches.
  • Source and coordinate production of merchandising materials, props, and fixtures.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor display execution, product presentation, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Analyze customer traffic flow and sales data to improve display effectiveness.
  • Provide training and guidance to store staff on proper product presentation and merchandising standards.
  • Stay updated on visual merchandising trends, particularly in the food and retail sector.
