The main responsibilities of a VERIFICATION SPECIALIST include:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs due diligence investigations to assess the background and credibility of individuals and entities.
- Compiles detailed reports summarizing findings from background and reference checks and due diligence investigations.
- Handles sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinates and communicates findings effectively with the P&C team, Customer Success Managers, Service Delivery Managers, and other concerned stakeholders.
- Helps monitor and coordinate the progress of the pending pre-employment requirements with the concerned stakeholders.
- Stays updated on industry best practices and legal requirements related to background screening and due diligence.
- Monitors the onboarding database, tracks progress, reports red flags with any verification checks findings, and/or non-compliance
- Submits reports with analysis and tracks for improvements.
- Performs ad hoc tasks if deemed necessary.

- Computer skills - must be familiar with computers and can use various types of software.
- Research skills - must have the ability to conduct research and gather data from a variety of sources.
- Time management skills - must be able to manage their time effectively to ensure accuracy in their work.
- Data analysis skills - must be able to analyze data to identify patterns and
discrepancies. - Database management skills - must be able to manage a variety of databases to store and secure data.

Qualifications
- Must possess a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- At least 1- 2 years of related experience in verification-related activities for volume hires.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and other report generation tools.
- Good people skills, approachable,and able to adjust to different levels of the organization.
- Should be amenable to work in a hybrid setup and report onsite at the KMC Picadilly site or any KMC sites, depending on business need or as required
