Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests courteously upon arrival and departure.
  • Assist with loading and unloading guest luggage, ensuring proper handling and delivery to assigned rooms.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, explain hotel facilities, and provide necessary information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with the Front Desk for guest safety, and special requests.
  • Ensure lobby and driveway areas remain organized, clean, and free from obstructions.
  • Monitor and report any suspicious activities or safety hazards within the hotel premises.
  • Provide excellent customer service and uphold hotel standards of hospitality at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Criminology or Undergraduate (or related field).
  • With good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physically fit and well-groomed.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and alertness.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous hotel or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
