Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Accounting Staff to join our finance team at Neo Network of Technologies. This position requires accounting graduates with solid experience in financial monitoring, report generation, and advanced accounting functions using accounting software systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and review financial transactions processed through accounting software systems
  • Generate financial reports using accounting software and monitoring tools
  • Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports for management review
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities
  • Review and validate accuracy of system-generated financial entries
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Support budget preparation and variance analysis
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on business operations
  • Handle tax compliance activities including BIR filings and reporting
  • Perform account analysis and reconciliations for various ledger accounts
  • Assist with financial forecasting and planning activities
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments on financial matters and system improvements
  • Lead process improvement initiatives for accounting operations

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or BS Accounting Technology
  • Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience
  • Great Understanding of accounting principles and Philippine accounting standards (PFRS)
  • Experience in using accounting software systems for monitoring and report generation (QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or similar platforms)
  • proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a startup environment
  • Keen eye for identifying discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy

Preferred:

  • CPA license or CPA board passer is a PLUS
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial monitoring tools
  • Solid knowledge of BIR tax regulations, e-filing systems, and compliance requirements
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting
  • Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms and reporting dashboards
  • Startup or fast-paced work environment experience
  • Experience in the technology industry
