We are a growing tire and battery supply business looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for fresh graduates or candidates with basic accounting knowledge. You will be responsible for daily billing, payment recording, and supporting overall financial operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare and send invoices to customers based on sales and delivery records
  • Record customer payments (cash, check, transfer, etc.)
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist with collections
  • Process and record supplier invoices and expenses
  • Assist in reconciling daily sales, cash, and bank transactions
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial and billing records
  • Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate billing
  • Help with basic month-end reports or summaries
  • Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and billing processes
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Willing to learn and grow with the business
  • Willing to work onsite, Mondays to Saturdays 8:00 -5:00PM
