About the role

YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' is seeking a driven and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Apas Cebu City Cebu, providing exceptional customer service to our premium accounts. As a CSR, you will be the key point of contact for our valued customers, delivering high-quality support and ensuring a seamless experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing outstanding customer service to our premium account holders via phone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and proactively addressing any issues
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services
  6. Continuously improving your product knowledge and staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  3. Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
  4. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
  5. Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
  6. A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the organisation
