About the role

Are you ready to take on an exciting Customer Service Representative (CSR) role with A SYSTEM INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION'? This is a full-time virtual position based in Lahug Cebu City, Cebu. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and handling a range of customer inquiries and transactions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  2. Assisting customers with account-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolving complaints
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and providing feedback for process improvements
  5. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the financial services industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including database management
  5. Willingness to work in a virtual environment and adapt to changing customer needs
  6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
